We will eat a very delicious dock soup today!
Here's how it is prepared!
I clean and wash the dock leaves, onion and garlic....

Saute the finely chopped onions, dock and sorrel in the oil. Pour in about 8 1/3 cups (2 L) of warm water....

Boil them until soft, add the crushed broth and cleaned and chopped sorrel and dock....

Remove the dock soup from the heat. Combine the two mixtures using a soup ladle. Serve the soup slightly chilled....

Next, thicken the soup with 1 egg beaten with 3-4 tbsp yoghurt. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!...

Serve the soup with dock and potatoes in a bowl with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh parsley....

Serve the Zucchini Cream Soup drizzled with a good olive oil.
