Ingredients

  • dock - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • water - 17 fl oz (500 ml)
  • milk - 5 cups (1 liter)
  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • hot paprika - a pinch
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Clean the dock and cut it into small pieces. Transfer it into a pot and stew it in a little fat. Add the crushed garlic and stir briefly.

Pour water and as soon as it boils, add the bulgur. Boil the soup until the bulgur is fully cooked. Then add the milk and season it with salt.

Leave the soup on low heat until it's fully cooked.

Stir it and be careful not to boil the soup longer than needed, as there is a lot of milk in it.

After 15 minutes it is ready.
