Ingredients

  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • beef - 0.9 lb (400 g) with bone
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • potatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tarragon - a pinch
  • onion - 1 onion
  • celery - 1 stalk
  • allspice - 3 grains
  • black pepper grains - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Put the beef in a deep pot and add water. Leave it to boil, but remove the foam that forms from time to time. Season with salt, add 1 tbsp. of black pepper and allspice.

Close the lid of the pot and cook the meat. When it's almost done, cut it into pieces and place it back into the pot.

Add the chopped carrots, potatoes, celery and onion. Cook the Delicious Beef Soup, until the vegetables soften.
