How to make
The well cleaned fish is cut into large cubes, it is salted and left in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, boil 1 liter of salted water and add the finely chopped onion, carrot and potatoes.
The vegetables are boiled for 10-15 minutes until soft, then the grated tomatoes, fish and oil are added.
The broth is left to simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and lovage.
Serve the fish soup with vinegar and lemon wedges.
The hake fish soup is ready.
