How to make
Clean the pig ears. Put them in a pot of water on the stove. When they boil, remove the foam. Add a few grains of black pepper and salt.
Keep in mind that the water will decrease, so do not overdo it with salt. When the ears are cooked, take them out of the broth.
Cut them into small pieces and put them back into the broth. Leave them to boil once more.
Optionally, a thickener can be made or a little diluted flour can be added to thicken it. Serve warm.
Mandatory spices to the brawn are cayenne pepper and crushed garlic with vinegar.
The pig ear soup is ready.
