How to make
We will eat a very delicious dock soup today!
Here's how it is prepared!
I clean and wash the dock leaves, onion and garlic.
I heat the oil in the pot on medium heat and stew the onion and garlic.
When they soften, I add the chopped dock, mix well and pour water.
To cover the greens well. I add salt, black pepper and paprika. I let it boil for ten, fifteen minutes.
I add the noodles in and turn off the heat. Finally I add spearmint, mine is dry, but with fresh it turns out incredible!
A lump of butter can be added at this stage if you are not fasting - it gives this spring soup a wonderful flavor.
Sometimes I make it with egg and yogurt thickener, but today I didn't. Dock is my favorite, it has a slightly sour taste, it's not like spinach, it's sweet, so even without yogurt, just with paprika and fresh garlic, it's excellent.
