How to make
Clean and finely chop the carrot, onion and pepper. Put them to boil in a deep pot in salted water and a little oil.
After boiling, add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and then the rice.
Cook the mushroom soup on medium heat. When the rice is semi-cooked, add the dried thyme and canned tomatoes.
Sprinkle the rice soup with black pepper.
When serving the clear mushroom soup with rice, add lemon juice.
