How to make
Chop the cleaned mushrooms. Finely chop the onion with the carrot and garlic separately.
Pour a cup of olive oil into a pot, heat it up and add the vegetables. Put the lid on and stew them over moderate heat for about 10 minutes. Then pour a liter of warm water.
When the liquid boils, add the chopped tomato and pepper. Boil the mushroom soup for another 10 minutes and add the rice.
Season with parsley, black pepper and lovage. Cook the soup, until the rice is fully cooked.
Serve it warm, by adding a little vinegar, so that it can have a bit of a sour taste.
The mushroom soup with rice and vegetables is ready.
