How to make
Thoroughly wash the rabbit meat and put it to boil on medium heat, along with the celery and parsley.
After the meat is ready, the broth is strained and the meat is finely chopped. If the baby is very young still, finely chop the meat.
Cut or grate the onion, carrot, peppers and beans and stew them in a little water and fat, until they soften.
Gradually add some of the broth.
Finally put the rabbit meat in the rabbit soup and cook for another 15 minutes.
If the baby is very young, you can also puree the rabbit soup for babies before serving it.
