How to make
You can start by washing, peeling and dicing the tomatoes. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
Saute the onion in a pot with a drizzle of olive oil, until it changes its color and add the garlic.
Add the tomatoes and cook for around 5 minutes, then pour in one liter of cold water, bring to a boild and cook for 30 minutes.
Blend the soup, and season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, sprinkle your tomato soup with finely chopped basil and grated goat cheese.
