Ingredients

  • cabbages - 30 heads
  • lemons - 8
  • water
  • salt - 4/5 cup (200 g) per 22 lb (10 kg) cabbage
  • corn - 2 cobs, dry

How to make

Layer the cabbage in the dish in which you will be preparing it. Cover each layer with corn and sliced lemons.

Add water with dissolved salt, use 4/5 cup (200 g) salt for every 22 lb (10 kg) cabbage. After two days, you can start decanting.
