Keep flipping the jars over for 3 more days, at which point the pickled garlic will be ready for consumption....

Put the garlic in small puree jars, add the creamy mixture, close and sterilize for 5 minutes....

On the bottom of each jar, put 1 bunch of dill, 1 chopped garlic clove, 10 peppercorns. Fill the jar with zucchini....

Sprinkle them with crushed garlic, add the white wine. Leave them to sit for 1-2 hours....

Peel a few cloves of garlic, add them to the tomatoes along with dill stalks and inflorescences....

Keep these pickled peppers in a cool, dark place.
These have a shelf life of over 1 year....
