How to make
Pour the apple cider vinegar into a jar and add the sea salt, sugar, allspice, coarsely ground black pepper, garlic cloves and dill sprigs. Arrange the washed and slightly grated carrots and cover them with water, which should cover them completely.
The jar is sterilized by placing it in a pot of cold water.
After it boils, it is left to boil for 15 minutes and immediately the jars are taken out and turned with the lids facing down.
Let them cool completely and store them in a cool place.
The Pickled Carrots with Garlic are ready.
