How to make
We clean our carrots and cut them into circles.
We clean the garlic from the scales.
Add sea salt, sugar, allspice, coarsely ground black pepper, garlic cloves.
We wash the jars well, pouring the apple cider vinegar to the brim.
Arrange the carrots and garlic, pouring enough water that should cover them.
Sterilize the jars by placing them in a pot of cold water.
We let it boil and after it happens, we let it boil for 15 minutes.
Then we immediately take out the jarred carrots and turn the lids facing downward.
Let them cool completely and then refrigerate.
The jarred pickled carrots with garlic are ready.
