  • mackerel - 2
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - by taste
  • garlic - 6 crushed cloves
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • lemons - sliced

How to make

Clean the mackerels of their heads and guts. Salt on both the outside and inside and sprinkle with crushed cumin, black pepper directly into the greased tray, in which you will bake them in.
