  • chili - 2 pcs.
  • shallot - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • celery - stalk
  • vinegar - to the edge

  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • aspirin - 2 pcs.
  • water - to the edge of the jar

How to make

Clean and cut the carrots into pieces. Finely chop the chili, by using gloves.

Peel the onion and garlic and cut them in half. Place the aspirin, vinegar, salt and sugar at the bottom of the jar.

Place the carrots, pepper and shallot between them. Place the celery on top and add boiled water.

Put the jars in a cool place, by turning them every other day, so that the ingredients can dissolve.
