  • bell peppers
  • carrots
  • cauliflowers
  • celery
  • salt
  • sugar
  • vinegar

How to make

Pack each jar full of bell peppers, that you've cut into pieces, the carrots cut into rings, the cauliflower into florets and the celery into small pieces.

In each jar, put 1/5 cup (70 ml) vinegar, 1 tablespoon salt and 2 tablespoons sugar.

Pour in water and close with the caps. Sterilize for 1-2 minutes. Once they come to a boil, remove them.
