How to make
Clean the peppers, cut off their stems and remove the seeds. Heat 2/3 cup (150 ml) of oil in a large pan and successively fry the chopped onion and garlic, then add the grated carrots. Stir and fry them too. Finally, add salt, black pepper to taste, curry and oregano.
You can substitute the oregano with savory. Stir the mixture with the pre-beaten eggs and crumbled feta cheese. Fill the bell peppers with this stuffing and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Add a little warm water to the tray and put it to bake in preheated moderate oven.
Optionally, sprinkle each bell pepper with grated cheese or fragrant cheese.
