How to make
Cut the zucchini into 4 and then cut them finely. Sprinkle them with the salt and sugar, then mix.
Let them sit for 2 hours. On the bottom of each jar, put 1 bunch of dill, 1 chopped garlic clove, 10 peppercorns. Fill the jar with zucchini.
Top with 1 bunch of dill, 1/2 garlic clove, 4 black peppercorns. Mix the remaining zucchini juice with oil and vinegar.
Fill the jars with this mixture. Sterilize for 10 minutes.
