How to make
Wash and remove the stems from the zucchini. Grate them, season them with salt and leave them to drain for about an hour. When ready, take handfuls of the grated zucchini and squeeze out as much of their juice as possible.
Put the squeezed and grated zucchini in a bowl and add the egg, flour, pressed garlic, chopped dill and grated cheese to them. Mix everything well, until a thick and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat the oil in a deep pan on the stove and pour the zucchini patty mixture with a spoon. Fry them on one side, until they aquire a golden color and turn them over with a spatula to fry on the other side, or 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the finished vegetable patties and place them into a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain the excess fat. If desired, serve them with yogurt sauce of thick yogurt with walnuts, garlic and dill. Then all you have to do is enjoy these amazing Zucchini and Garlic Patties!
