"We will never get tired of deliciously prepared zucchini patties! They go wonderfully with an yogurt-garlic sauce, so dont forget it about it"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 3 pcs. (about 2 lb /900 g/)
  • onion - 3 onions
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • almond flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • garlic powder
  • salt

How to make

The zucchini and onion are grated on a coarse grater, salted and left to drain the excess juice for about 1-2 hours. After the vegetables have drained from the excess water, they are immediately placed in a bowl.

Add the eggs, the grated yellow cheese and almond flour. Everything is mixed well. Season with salt and garlic powder.

Finely chop the dill and add it to the mixture. Scoop out a portion with a spoon and place it in a tray, lined with baking paper.

Form vegetable patties and place them at a distance from each other.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

The zucchini patties are baked for about 25-30 minutes.
