How to make
Clean the peppers, remove their seeds, wash them and roast them. Smother them in foil, then peel them under running water.
To make the filling, crumble the feta cheese, put it in a bowl, add 1 egg and black pepper. Stir and fill the peppers with this mixture.
Put the flour and breadcrumbs in separate plates, beat the eggs in a deep plate with a little salt.
Bread the peppers by first rolling them in the flour, then in the eggs and finally the breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until golden.
