How to make
Beat the egg with a fork and add the white cheese (crumbled).
If the mixture is too thin, add a little more to a thicken it.
Fill the peppers halfway. Roll them in flour, dip them in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange them in the air fryer, by having previously put kitchen paper on the bottom.
Using a silicone brush, coat the peppers with olive oil.
Set to air fry with the automatically set degrees and time.
I warmed it before putting the peppers in it, for 5 minutes in advance. Reduce to 360°F (180°C) and cook, until they're done. Open every 5 minutes and be careful not to burn them.
Take them out and serve the air fryer peppers burek immediately.
