How to make
In a bowl, mix the minced meat, spices and breadcrumbs. Knead by hand and add the egg.
Knead again and store the minced meat in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Then form schnitzels from the minced meat.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat the eggs.
Dip the schnitzels, first, in flour, then in a beaten egg.
Grease the basket of the appliance with oil and place 2 beef schnitzels in it at a time.
Cook according to the appropriate program, then put two more schnitzels and so on, until they are all cooked.
Serve the air fryer schnitzels hot.
