Pour the cottage cheese with the cold milk and beat, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the olive oil in a thin stream, by stirring at all times and then the mashed garlic and water.
The stirring is continued, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Season the prepared mayonnaise with salt, paprika and finely chopped parsley.
It can be served spread on slices of bread or as an appetizer.
