How to make
The peppers are roasted, peeled and their seeds are removed. Cut them into strips, put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with as much salt as you like.
The garlic is crushed and cottage cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt are added to it.
Mix the sauce well and pour it over the chopped peppers.
The yogurt salad is stirred and left to cool.
It is served with finely chopped spring onions.
The cottage cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt salad is ready.
