How to make
Cut the peppers into small cubes and the onions and tomatoes into larger ones. Cut the radishes into thin circles.
Finely chop the onion, parsley, coriander and mint. Transfer the vegetables into a bowl.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing lemon juice with olive oil, crushed garlic, sumac, salt and black pepper. Season the vitamin salad and stir.
Divide the salad into two portions. Arrange the Arabic bread on the side of the plate, which you have lightly baked in a little olive oil and cut up into pieces.
