How to make
In a bowl, mash the cream cheese, cottage cheese and mayonnaise with a tablespoons of lemon juice.
When you get a relatively smooth, homogeneous mixture, add rosemary, oregano, tarragon, dried parsley and as much salt as you like.
Stir and serve it in small bowls or plates, by sprinkling it with more dried parsley and a little paprika on top.
Serve it with toasted slices of bread or flatbread.
