How to make
A gorgeous meal, which you will 100% make again.
Put the cheese in the bowl of a blender and add the cottage cheese, the peeled garlic cloves, the peppers (cleaned from stems and seeds) and 3-4 spoons of strained yogurt.
Blend and pour olive oil and lemon juice.
Mix well and season with the listed spices in proportions to your liking.
You can also add salt if the cheese is not too salty and you can add more strained yogurt for creaminess.
Put it in small bowls and decorate with parsley leaves.
Serve this classic quick spread with toast and nice pink tomatoes, sliced into wedges.
