How to cook
Mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Beat the egg whites, until a white mixture is obtained and add them to the cream little by little.
Arrange a row of biscuits in a rectangular baking pan. Dissolve the coffee in the hot water and soak the biscuits with it.
Spread half of the cream on top.
Arrange a second row of biscuits on top and also soak them with coffee.
Spread the rest of the cream and smooth it out.
Cover it with foil and store it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisu evenly with the cocoa.
The tiramisu with cottage cheese and cream cheese is ready.
