  • lemons - 1
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp, powdered
  • marmalade - 2 tbsp, apricot or raspberry
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • cottage cheese - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Squeeze out the lemon juice into a bowl, cut its rind finely. Combine the cottage cheese with the eggs that have been whipped with the sugar and salt.

Heap it up in a water bath until it thickens a bit. Divide the mixture into 3 parts.

Mix 1 part with the marmalade, another with the cocoa, and the 3rd - with the lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
