Soak the raisins in the liqueur. Beat the cream to snow, separately beat the cottage cheese with honey and lemon juice.
Then carefully combine the cottage cheese mixture with the cream, add the lemon zest. Distribute the cream into dessert cups and top with the liqueur with raisins.
