How to make
Pour the milk into a suitable container with the sugar and put it on the stove.
As soon as the sugar has melted, add the egg yolks beaten with a wire whisk, the liquid cream and the vanilla.
Carefully pour the hot milk in a thin stream, stirring with a wire whisk.
The resulting mixture is distributed in refractory bowls arranged in a baking pan with two fingers of water.
Bake the Crème Brûlée in a moderately preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until slightly golden. Remove them from the baking pan and cool them in refrigerator.
A light and tasty cream, it can also be decorated.
