How to make
Melt ice cream in microwave. Add the yolks to it. Stir.
Pour the mixture into suitable baking bowls and place them in a baking pan.
Fill the baking pan with water up to the middle of the bowls. Bake for 40 minutes.
Take them out and leave them to cool for 2 hours at room temperature. Then in the refrigerator until they are completely chilled.
Before serving, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar and using a cooking torch, burn the sugar until the crème brûlée is caramelized. If you don't have one, use the oven grill.
The crème brûlée with only 3 ingredients is ready.
