How to make
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and mix with a wire whisk.
Add the milk, mix well and pour the mixture into a pot, put it on low heat, stirring constantly, until it boils.
Remove the pot from the heat, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the dissolved gelatin to the dairy mixture, mix well.
Separately, combine the sour cream with the essence and mix. Add the mixture to the dairy-gelatin mixture and mix well again.
Distribute the crème brûlée among bowls or glasses, refrigerate them for 6-8 hours, until it thickens.
Serve the light and delicate cream dessert cold! You can garnish with fresh fruit or croquant before serving.
