Ingredients

  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • liqueur - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml), by choice
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • gelatin - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • vanilla - 1 packet

How to make

Soak the gelatin in the water until it swells. Then add the sugar and put it to melt, stirring constantly and being careful not to boil it.

Finally, add the liqueur and vanilla and let them cool. Once slightly gelled, pour the glaze over a prepared fruit cake and smooth it out carefully.

Choose the liqueur based on the fruit with which you made the cake.
