How to make
Put the gelatin in a bowl with a few tablespoons of water to swell.
Heat the cream in a pot along with the sugar and vanilla, stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the gelatin and stir until it dissolves completely, but to be sure, strain the mixture with a strainer and add it to the perfectly smooth yogurt mixture.
Distribute into bowls and put them in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.
Turn the finished panna cotta in a plate and place 1 teaspoon of the jam on top.
