I've got an easy to make, tasty dessert that's perfect for the heat waves for you - Panna Cotta with Milk and Yoghurt.
There's all sorts of Panna Cotta recipes on the internet but I know this one is good for sure, even though I don't remember where I got it from years ago.
Heat the milk and sugar on the stove for the sugar to melt.
Separately, prepare the 2 gelatin packets and add them to the milk while stirring nonstop.
Beat the thick yoghurt well with a whisk so there's no lumps and flavor it with the vanilla. Pour the milk into it in a thin trickle. Stir well.
Distribute into glasses or silicone forms. Leave them for 4 hours in the fridge, invert onto a plate and garnish with jam or strawberry syrup.
