measures

How to make

First layer - the gelatin is dissolved in a little water (6 tbsp.), according to the instructions on the package and it is left to swell.

The strawberries are washed and arranged on the bottom of a cake tin. If you wish, you can cut them, but whole strawberries, it is more effective.

Put the water and sugar in a suitable container on the stove. The liquid should heat up, but not boil! Remove it from the heat and add the gelatin, by stirring until it melts. Wait ten minutes for it to cool and carefully pour it over the strawberries. Refrigerate until it turns into jelly (at least two hours).

Second layer - dissolve the gelatin packets in water (12 tbsp.). Put the milk, cream and sugar in a pot on the stove. When they heat up (without boiling), remove them from the heat and add the broken chocolate and gelatin.

Stir until the chocolate melts. Wait at least 20 minutes for the mixture to cool down (so that the bottom layer does not liquefy) and pour it over the strawberries.

Refrigerate the prepared panna cotta for at least four hours, preferably overnight.

Then turn the strawberry panna cotta over onto a tray.

A very light and fresh dessert, suitable for summer.

You can replace sugar with honey or sweetener.
