"There is nothing better than our strawberry panna cotta"

Ingredients

  • fresh strawberries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • gelatin - 2 packets (20 g)
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • yogurt - 10.5 oz (300 g)

How to make

Clean and chop the strawberries. Put them in a pot with 1/3 of the sugar.

After 20 minutes of cooking, they will release juice.

Dissolve one packet of gelatin and leave it to swell. When this happens, pour it in the strawberry jam.

Stir and distribute it into bowls. The strawberry mixture for our panna cotta is put in the freezer to harden.

The same is done with the other packet of gelatin. As soon as it swells, pour it in the warm milk. Pour the rest of the sugar and stir.

The strawberries are taken out of the freezer. Place the milk mixture on top and place the strawberry panna cotta back into the refrigerator to harden.

The light strawberry panna cotta is decorated with strawberries and fresh mint leaves.
