How to make
A tablespoon of gelatin is dissolved in 6 tbsp. of water. Let it swell.
The strawberries are washed and arranged on the bottom of a cake tin.
The water and sugar are heated, gelatin is added, it is cooled and poured over the strawberries. Place it in the refrigerator to set.
For the second layer, dissolve 2 tbsp. of gelatin in 12 tbsp. of water.
Put the milk and cream in a pot on the stove. Add the chocolate and gelatin.
Cool it and pour it over the strawberries. The panna cotta is left in the refrigerator overnight. It is turned over.
The strawberry jelly panna cotta is ready to charm everyone!
