How to make
This easy and quick dessert is very pleasant for the warm weather.
Heat the milk on the hob in a small saucepan along with the sugar. Stir to melt the sugar without boiling the milk. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool so that it is not hot. Meanwhile, put the gelatin in a cup and pour the cold water over it.
When it swells after 5-6 minutes, immerse the glass in the saucepan of hot water in a water bath and wait for the gelatin to liquefy. Pour it into the milk and stir. The yoghurt is stirred separately until it's smooth and there are no lumps. Pour the milk into the yoghurt and mix it well again.
Divide the mixture into 4-6 cups and leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for the panna cotta to set.
During this time, prepare the strawberry syrup for garnish:
The well ripened strawberries are washed and cut into small pieces. Put them in a suitable cookware, which is best to have a non-stick coating, over medium heat. Sprinkle them with sugar and add a little water. Stir occasionally to reduce the mixture. The strawberries should soften and the mixture should thicken a bit.
Strain it while it's still hot. Wait for it to cool.
Pour three spoons of the strawberry syrup over the dairy cream in each glass.
To decorate, place a strawberry and an Oreo biscuit on top.
The dairy panna cotta with strawberry syrup is ready.
