How to make
The strawberries are cleaned and separated into 10 smaller pieces. They are sprinkled with sugar and essence.
In a deep bowl, beat the ricotta, mascarpone and cooking cream. Add the strawberries along with the separated juice and beat again.
It is poured into cups with a capacity of 150-200 ml. Eight servings of fruit cream are obtained.
The strawberry dessert is refrigerated for 15 minutes if you have the patience. Garnish it with whole strawberries and chocolate or coconut shavings.
Place the fresh mint leaf on the strawberry dessert. It's ready in 15 minutes.
