"It`s time for a tasty homemade cream with a gentle vanilla aroma"

Ingredients

  • sugar - 13 tbsp
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • eggs - 3
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • flour - 1 cup (6 tbsp)

How to make

Beat three yolks with six tablespoons of sugar, the flour, vanilla and 1 cup (250 ml) of milk.

Caramelize 7 tablespoons of sugar, add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of milk and add this to the mixture of beaten egg yolks. Put the remaining milk to heat up in a pot on the stove and add the caramelized egg mixture to it, stirring continuously.

Boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Beat the egg whites into snow with a little sugar and add them to the cooled cream. Stir well and serve in glasses with a garnish of nuts, chocolate, or candied fruit.
