How to make
The gelatin is poured with 4 tbsp (60 ml) of water and left to swell.
Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar, cover them with 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of water and place them on the stove.
Cook until the strawberries soften. Cool and blend them. The mixture is then filtered.
The milk along with cream and broken chocolate are heated until boiling.
Add the strawberry mixture and gelatin to it. Mix until homogeneous and cool it.
The dairy cream is poured into beautiful glasses and placed in the refrigerator to set.
When serving, panna cotta is garnished with chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries.
Preparation of the chocolate sauce:
All the ingredients for the sauce are mixed and heated to a boiling point. Stir the sauce constantly.
The Italian dessert is poured with the cooled sauce.
