How to make
To the 1 tsp (5 g) of gelatin, add 2 tbsp of water and leave it aside for 5-10 minutes.
Put the cream, milk and sugar on the stove at medium heat and stir, in order to melt the sugar. It should not boil.
Add 1tsp of vanilla, stir and wait 5 minutes for it to cool before adding the gelatin.
Add the gelatin and stir again. Pour the mixture into glass cups and put them in the freezer for at least 4 hours and if you want them to look like they are in the photo, the cups are placed slightly sideways.
Put the strawberries with 2.5 oz (70 g) of sugar and 2 tbsp of water on the stove and take them off before they boil.
Blend them with a blender and pass them through a sieve to obtain a smooth seedless mixture.
Once the strawberry jelly has cooled, add it to the already prepared milk mixture to finish off the panna cotta.
Eat the strawberry panna cotta with pleasure and with friends!
