How to make
Mix the yogurt, cocoa and honey in a bowl, so that a smooth cream is obtained.
For this purpose I use yogurt, which is more creamy and fluffy and this allows me to even add more than 6 tablespoons.
Add the blueberries and chia seeds. If you use blueberry jam, use only the fruit from it and if you're using fresh blueberries, you can lightly mash them before adding them.
Taste it and if necessary sweeten the chia pudding with more honey or agave syrup.
Pour it into a cup and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The seeds will absorb the liquid and swell and thanks to this, the healthy pudding will thicken.
Eat a healthy pudding with chia and blueberries for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.
