How to make
For this healthy banana pudding recipe, first prepare the oat milk by soaking 4 equal tbsp. fine oats in filtered water - 1/2 cup for 20 minutes.
After the specified time, pour the soaked nuts into the small jug of the nutribullet and blend for about half a minute with breaks (you can also achieve the desired effect with a blender).
Strain the oat milk and return it to the jug of the appliance. Add 1/3 banana cut into circles and blend again, until a delicate consistency is obtained - milk with foam.
Pour 3 and 1/2 level top tbsp. of chia, 1 packet of vanilla and 1 tbsp. sugar into the milk. Mix and leave the chia for 1 hour to soak and absorb the milk and you can mix 1-2 times for even absorption.
Once the chia pudding has thickened enough, it's time to arrange it in a glass.
Pour about 3 tbsp. of the delicate banana pudding at the bottom, then arrange on the glass about 6 round slices of banana (as many as are gathered around the circumference of the glass) and between them (in the middle of the glass) fill it, by pouring the remaining diced banana.
Fill the glass with the remaining milky chia, arrange 3 slices of banana on top and decorate with a marigold flower.
