How to make
Put a ripe banana in the blender, the pitted dates, milk, sesame tahini, carob flour and blend until smooth. It will take you no more than a minute.
Then add the chia seeds to the mixture, stir and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
During this time, the seeds will swell and the mixture will thicken.
Once this is done, distribute the chia pudding into two dessert bowls.
Cut the mango into small cubes and distribute them on the vegan pudding.
Serve the vegan chia pudding with mango and banana immediately or refrigerate it.
