How to make
Start preparing the pudding by pouring the chia seeds and milk into a bowl.
Cover the bowl well with cling film and leave it overnight for at least 4-5 hours in the refrigerator, so that the seeds can swell.
After that, add as much of the sweetener as you like and the pieces of banana (you can also mash the banana, you can add it as you like).
Stir and pour the mixture into cups and place broken walnuts or pieces of fruit on top of the chia pudding (kiwi, strawberry, banana, etc.).
You can eat the chia pudding with banana and walnuts immediately or refrigerate it and eat it later.
